We are Ron and Connie Grimstad.  We have lived in Kent since

1969 – we raised 3 daughters and  Ron taught Math for 30 years

in the Kent School District.  He has also has had a construction company

for 30 years.  A few years ago we looked at the 9 acres we live on

and began to find ways to share what we have.   We opened Grimstad

Farms Event Center and filled it with “stuff” we had been bringing

home for many years (mostly from trips to Montana).  It is now time

to sell some of these treasures – so we have opened Mostly Montana

Antiques.  You can find treasures in the store, outside, and in the

buildings of the Event Center – barn, log cabin, kitchen, silo, and school

house.

We opened on August 28, 2010 with our first sale.  We were excited to

have so many come see the Farm for the first time and find some

treasures for themselves. We hope to have sales every few months – and

will be open when we are home and by appointment.  We hope many

more of you will enjoy touring the Event Center and hopefully find

something  that you cannot live without!

We have vintage furniture, glassware, garden tools, farm tools and

equipment, magazines, newspapers, maps, books, linens, toys,

primitives, sewing machines and notions, trunks, wood boxes, Coke

memorabilia, doll beds, wood and steel wagon wheels, high chairs and

cradles, tractor seats, enamelware, 34 Ford trucks and parts,

wagon wheel and root benches, construction equipment, horse drawn

western wagon, harness and Haines, WWII uniforms and equipment,

chicken collectibles, and lots, lots more.

The NEXT SALE will be in Spring.
